To get the best performance from your candle and enjoy a clean, even burn, please follow these simple care instructions: 

Before Each Burn 

• Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before lighting.  

• Remove any wick trimmings or debris from the wax surface.  

• Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, curtains, and flammable materials.  

First Burn 

• Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface during the first burn. This helps prevent tunnelling and ensures an even burn throughout the candle’s life.  

• Depending on the size of the candle, this may take 2–4 hours.  

During Use 

• Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.  

• Keep the wax pool free from matches, wick trimmings, and other debris.  

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.  

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.  

Extinguishing Your Candle 

• Use a candle snuffer where possible to minimise smoke.  

• Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting.  

When to Stop Burning 

• Discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.  

• Burning beyond this point may cause the container to overheat.  

Safety Information 

• Never move a lit candle.  

• Do not burn candles near heat sources.  

• Avoid touching or moving the container while the candle is burning or still hot.  

• Always burn candles within sight.
